The gate is narrow, yet the Shepherd knows
Each sheep by name, and calls them forth in peace.
Through Him alone the path to pasture flows,
Where thieves and hirelings’ false allurements cease.

[Female voice acid jazz scat]
Thief comes to destroy—
I bring life, full and flowing,
 Beyond mere survival.

[hip-hop Male voice smooth jazz hip-hop]
He lays His life down—not by force, but will
A covenant of love, not sword nor chain.
The wolf may prowl, but He stands guarding still,
His voice a balm, His wounds a holy gain.

 [Female voice acid jazz scat]
Thief comes to destroy—
I bring life, full and flowing,
 Beyond mere survival.

[hip-hop Male voice smooth jazz hip-hop]
Some say, “He’s mad!”—yet others feel the flame
Of truth that burns beyond the veil of doubt.
The blind receive their sight, the lost reclaim
Their place within the fold, now led throughout.

[Female voice acid jazz scat]
 Thief comes to destroy—
I bring life, full and flowing,
Beyond mere survival.

[hip-hop Male voice smooth jazz hip-hop]
Messiah speaks, and hearts begin to stir—
The gate, the guide, the Lamb, the comforter.

[Female voice acid jazz scat]
Thief comes to destroy—
I bring life, full and flowing,
 Beyond mere survival.
