Sonnet stanza 3: Jeremiah 18:1-8 CJB
Haiku chorus
Sonnet stanza 4: Psalm 51 CJB (OUTRO)

[Verse 1 – Sonnet]
A mercy-seat once veiled, now open wide,
The Lamb has borne our guilt upon the tree.
In crimson flow, no shadow left to hide,
He proved His love and set the captives free.

[Chorus – Haiku]
Those who mourn are blessed—
Comfort gathers like spring wind,
Turning grief to peace.

[Verse 2 – Sonnet]
Lean not upon the wisdom of your mind,
But trust Adonai with heart and soul.
Acknowledge Him in paths yet undefined,
And He shall make your crooked journey whole.

[Chorus – Haiku]
Those who mourn are blessed—
Comfort gathers like spring wind,
Turning grief to peace.

[Verse 3 – Sonnet]
He watches not for flaw, but for return,
A Father waiting for the child to choose.
His purpose stands, though selfish spirits spurn,
Still grace remains for those who’d not refuse.

[Chorus – Haiku]
Those who mourn are blessed—
Comfort gathers like spring wind,
Turning grief to peace.

[Outro – Sonnet – Psalm 51]
Have mercy, Lord, and wash away my stain,
Though I have sinned, let not my guilt remain—
