Let gentleness be known to all who live,  

For near is Adonai, our guiding light.  

In anxious hours, to Him your prayers you give,  

With thanks and trust, your heart kept free from fright.  

[REFRAIN]

Rejoice in the Lord,  

again I say: rejoice now—  

joy blooms without end.  

[VERSE]

Adonai’s shalom, surpassing human thought,  

Will guard your soul, your spirit, and your mind.  

No worldly fear can shatter what He wrought,  

A fortress strong, eternal and refined.  

[REFRAIN]

Rejoice in the Lord,  

again I say: rejoice now—  

joy blooms without end.  

[VERSE]

So fix your thoughts on what is pure and true,  

On noble deeds, on justice, faith, and grace.  

On beauty, virtue—things that make hearts new,  

On all that lifts the soul to holy space.  

[BRIDGE]

Thus walk in shalom, joy that does not cease,  

Your mind a garden, tended by His peace.  

[REFRAIN]
